We are reaching out to our winery partners and friends to introduce the two newest faces of Porter Family Vineyards' hospitality team.
Joining us in February 2015 is Alysha Berrios-Strader

Alysha came to us with a background in hospitality and wine. After spending three years working under Chef Thomas Keller at his famous Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, she got promoted onto his prestigious 3 Michelin Star restaurant, The French Laundry. Her wine knowledge kept escalating when working as a Wine Advisor for NakedWinesdotCom, where she had the opportunity to educate and sell wines from all over the world. Alysha came to us with a passion for wine and eager to learn more. |
Joining us May 2015 is Jan Silberstein

Jan is originally from Germany and lived in Ecuador (Quito/Galapagos Islands) for over 10 years before his move to the Napa Valley. His family owns a small resort/dive center in Ecuador, as well as a restaurant and cafe. Jan was in charge of handling the wine selection, orders, and has experience in dealing with multiple types of Latin American wines, French wines and wines from the US.
