General Shipping Guidelines
Orders are typically shipped ground or if requested 2-Day via FedEx or UPS Monday through Wednesday. During excessive cold or hot periods we may ship your order from the winery using FedEx or UPS refrigerated freight options which run between ground and 2-Day rates.
You will receive an email with FedEx or UPS tracking number details. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation please contact customer service at CustomerService@PorterFamilyVineyards.com or by calling us toll-free at 1.888.656.7696.
Wine ordered prior to release will be shipped on release date. Please refer to the Event Calendar for the next release date of an upcoming vintage.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Shipping & Handling charges are noted during the check-out process.
Adult Signature Required
Wine shipments require an adult signature. If an adult is not available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. If an adult will not be present at a home residence during delivery times, delivery to a commercial business or workplace address is recommended.
Post Office Boxes
Shipments to PO Boxes are not possible due to the adult signature requirement.
