Fossil Collector (12 Bottles per Year)

Eon Allocation - 100% Syrah

Inspired by the success and popularity of our solera-style Cabernet Sauvignon Time, we are proud to announce the debut of Eon. This is our inaugural release of a multi-vintage Syrah unique to the Napa Valley...

Our journey to create an unprecedented Syrah has been our pursuit for the past few years. In 2014, we set aside our finest barrel of Porter Estate Syrah. A year later, the 2015 was incorporated. These two vintages were blended and placed in a large 120-gallon oak puncheon to allow them to integrate and continue to evolve. This process was repeated for the 2016 vintage and all subsequent years. Our ambition is to create a multi-vintage wine that expresses the layers of complexity and depth of an aged wine, coupled with the freshness and fruit provided by the new vintages.

Time Allocation - 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

Time is a magical blend of multiple, consecutive vintages of estate-grown reserve Cabernet Sauvignon that captures in a single bottle the subtle nuances of time-aged wines with the fruity exuberance of young wines. Each bottling will carry with it the essence of all the vintages that came before, and perhaps through this amazing and unique sensory experience you too will be able to glimpse the future.

While this process results in a stunning wine of great complexity, it does create a fixed production of 60 cases each year. So we have come up with a way for you not to miss out and guarantee your allocation of each new release.

In order to reward our loyal “TIME” members we are offering an allocation program that will allow you to reserve a set number of bottles for each new “TIME” release (3, 6 or 12 bottles).
