It's time...for Time!
First Release of Time
We are thrilled to announce the inaugural release of Time - a unique “vertical blend” of our best Cabernet from multiple vintages. Aged in 120 gallon French oak puncheons during its life, this first release, bottled in January 2010, blends the best barrels of estate Cabernet Sauvignon from 2005, 2006, and 2007 to create a stunning wine that features the complexities of age with the lusciousness of youth. Mellow, soft round tannins from wine and wood follow dark, rich fruit to create a sensory experience that can’t be obtained from a single vintage on its own. Drink now or cellar for that special occasion, Time can be enjoyed immediately or allowed to develop further complexity in your cellar. Drink now through 2020.
Time will be released on September 30th, 2010. We are offering a pre-release purchase period for our wine club members during the month of September. Your wine club discount will apply to purchases of Time. Only 25 cases of this amazing wine were bottled for this first release. When Time runs out.....
